After years of development and many visits to the flow bench we are able to offer you the best cylinder head package available for the Z20LEx engine range.
After years of seeing cylinder heads choking the Z20 engine at high power levels & high RPM we started developing a solution. our cylinder heads unlike everyone else’s was developed by us along side some of the best experts from round the world so we can offer a cylinder head package that has the flow data to prove what we have achieved. By constantly changing valve geometry and port sizing and shape we have created a much higher flowing cylinder head showing CFM gains throughout the valve lift range showing the all important average flow gains you need to build a efficient & powerful engine.
-5 axis CNC ported to insure accuracy between the ports and allow us to have the ultimate control over size, shape and surface finish.
-5 axis CNC chamber to increase flow but also changes the design so drastically improve the performance of the engine.
-Stock valves re faced to our geometry
-Valve seats machined to our geometry
-Pressure check
- Re-face/ skim
-Vacuum check
we offer many packages to suit your budget and power requirements which are all listed below. We recommend replacing the guides as the factory cast guides crack and we have seen them snap the tips off overtime or when exposed to high exhaust gas temperatures. These can be purchased through our online store.
for High RPM applications we highly recommend double valve springs & a solid lifter conversion. These can also be purchased through our online store.
