The factory bolts are known to come loose overtime, fitting stiffer valve springs & uprated cams can accelerate this issue.

This kit changes from the factory bolt to a stud conversion, we have found the threads in the cylinder head can also become weak so we stud lock the studs into the head to prevent this Happening. Often when installing cams when using other uprated bolts we also see the thread becoming damaged upon installation and the bolts cutting into the cam cap creating metal swarf as they contact the cam cap.

Supplied as a full kit including ARP Lube. We recommend thread locking the studs into the head to make them a permanent fixture.
