Z20LEx Billet crankshaft trigger/ pickup wheel
When pushing the Z20 engines to to absolute limits we started to see the factory pressed steel internal trigger wheels fail and split causing damage to the engine.
The solution we came to was to replace the item with a billet item made by TTV racing products in the U.K who specialize in components associated with high performance engine rotating assemblies.
We also supply the wheels with uprated trigger wheel bolts which are made from (DIN7991) HoloKrome 12.9 high tensile bolts to replace the weaker factory bolts.
We recommend changing to the billet trigger wheels for power above 450hp & 7500rpm.
